At Livin Off Earth we aim to satisfy each and every customer, and want to resolve any issue that may arise. 

We generally do not offer refunds/returns due to the artisan nature of our products as our tiny overhead and small batch allows us to keep product prices low. With our high end ingredients being organic, locally sourced or homegrown, plus the labor of producing everything by hand we want to ensure the freshest quality for our customers.

Our products are made without synthetic preservatives, fragrances or dyes and have a made on date with every bottle. Most products have a 10-18 month range. Though products can likely last much longer, we find the potency is best enjoyed within a year. All water-based ingredients are preserved with naturally derived, eco certified preservatives. Some products may vary from batch to batch due to the nature of the growing season. 

*Some products can vary in consistency due to temperature changes with shipping or traveling. Best to keep products out of direct sunlight and within room temperature.

We currently only ship in the US.

They are handcrafted and poured in small batches which allows 3-5 business days* for your item to ship. 

*business days are monday-friday and do not include weekends.

During peak times like sales & holidays, shipping may take longer.

  • If the wrong address is provided at checkout and the package is undeliverable, then returned back to Livin Off Earth - we will charge shipping to have it resent (based on current USPS or UPS rates). 

  • If the wrong address is provided and is not returned back to Livin Off Earth then the customer would need to work with USPS or UPS to file a claim.

  • If the package takes longer than 10 business days due to USPS or UPS delays outside of Livin Off Earth's control then the customer would need to file a claim with USPS or UPS. It’s rare this occurs and even more rare that packages are lost for good and they eventually make it to their destination. 

  • If the package is truly lost or arrives damaged, please contact Livin Off Eaerth so we can make a claim and resend the package.
